Nov 23Chuck returns to NBC with a special two-hour show on Sunday, Jan 10, 2010, before returning to its regular time slot, Mondays at 8pm on the following night. It's return to prime time television can be attributed to a successful fan renewnal campaign last year. CHUCK is a one-hour, action-comedy series that follows Chuck Bartowski (Zachary Levi, "Less Than Perfect") -- a computer geek who is catapulted into a new career as the government's most vital secret agent. This upcoming season will include some special guest stars, including Brandon Routh of "Superman Returns" who will play CIA agent Daniel Shaw in an episode, and the addition of SUBWAY restaurant as a major advertiser to the show. Chuck averaged a 4.0/6 rating last season, about eight percent better than the recently cancelled "Trauma". Ratings-challenged Heroes moves back an hour when Chuck returns on Monday nights. STAR TREK VOYAGER's Robert Duncan McNeill serves Chuck as a supervising producer and director.0

I would never assume that the Prophets would select me as Kai, child. I will know they have chosen me when I open the Orb of TrekWeb and my handle has been immaculately altered to say "Kai."

Besides, I have to go have my picture taken shaking hands with the Emmissary before the Bajoran people would ever accept me as their spiritual leader.

If you couldn't tell, I'm deeply engrossed in watching DS9 on DVD these days (yay Netflix) and I just finished up season 2. I had no idea how richly they delved into Bajoran religion and mythos. When DS9 was originally airing, I lost interest after the first few episodes (too young to fully appreciate it) and didn't pick it up again until the last season. Knowing how it all ends, it's been exciting to see the development of the Bajorans... Winn Adami in particular. She's such a bitch! One of my favorite characters of all time!

Nice Defiant Graphic | Report this post to moderator

If you look at the picture with T'Pol, Archer, and Trip on Enterprise, you'll see a cool sensor diagram of the Defiant next to T'Pol.

I wondered how Blalock's belly-button went from being an "outie" in the normal space-time continuum to being an "innie" in the Mirror Universe.

At least SOMEONE will have a goatee... | Report this post to moderator

...I'm glad it's Soval, nice nod to Spock. I wonder if it's customary for Vulcan males in the Mirror Universe to all have goatees. I also love seeing Soval in a Starfleet Uniform.

...I can see the premise already... instead of being able to tame the wild, irrational humans at First Contact, the Vulcans are tricked by the Terrans. They get just enough technology and information from the Vulcans to overpower them and force them into a stale-mate: "Either join us or be conquered."

Just supposition, of course. Whatever the story may be, they've proven that we can expect it to be good. I've barely read any of the spoilers for these last few episodes (I want to indulge in what's left of ENT so please don't respond to this post with any specific spoilers). But I have been looking at all the pictures and am fairly familiar with the plot of In a Mirror, Darkly.... It's how they're going to do the back-story of how the Mirror Universe came to be that really has me on excitement overload!

Dead Crewman is played by none other than Mike Sussman, by the way.

Why, oh WHY, do we have to get Bound before this?! I'm sorry, but bound sounds like 'Rajiin Redux', and though I liked Rajiin, I don't need the same episode only a season later with a less intresting premise. At least Rajiin made the Xindi arc evolve.

Anyway, 'In a Mirror, Darkly' just looks amazing! The sets are really well recreated, the characters in their alternate reality look great (hmm... T'Pol! :P and anyone thinks Maywaether looks kick-ass with this haircut? And burned Trip looks amazing!) and they get to wear those 'sweat shirt' uniforms from TOS! Can't wait!

Should star mirror universe T'Pol. Doing whatever, I don't care. But she looks a lot better there than in the regular Enterprise universe.
