It's return to prime time television can be attributed to a successful fan renewnal campaign last year. CHUCK is a one-hour, action-comedy series that follows Chuck Bartowski (Zachary Levi, "Less Than Perfect") -- a computer geek who is catapulted into a new career as the government's most vital secret agent. This upcoming season will include some special guest stars, including Brandon Routh of "Superman Returns" who will play CIA agent Daniel Shaw in an episode, and the addition of SUBWAY restaurant as a major advertiser to the show. Chuck averaged a 4.0/6 rating last season, about eight percent better than the recently cancelled "Trauma". Ratings-challenged Heroes moves back an hour when Chuck returns on Monday nights. The make-up on Trip reminds me of Captain Pike in TOS "The Menagerie."

Nice little homage, if that was the intention.

Ok, is it just me, or does he look like Capt. Pike? That scarring on his face looks really similiar to what Pike's face looked like in the Menagerie from TOS..Anyone else see this?Image

The more and more I see these the more I look forward to this episode.

Yeesh, I wish there was more material on the foundation of the Terran Empire. I mean shoot, they did a two part fiction series featuring Seven of Nine, Beverly Crusher and Kira Neryse (their mirror universe counterparts) and it was excellent.

There were teasers all over the place about the Terran Empire's history and the Alliance's history.

Yeesh, one big book telling lengthy stories of everything would be drooling!

DARK PASSIONS BOOK ONE and BOOK TWO written by Susan Wright

Intendant Kira, now Overseer for the entire Klingon-Cardassian Alliance of the Mirror Universe, has entered into a dangerous liaison with Annika Hansen, unaware that Hansen is actually an agent of the Obsidian Order who has orders to kill Kira when the time is right. But her treacherous alliance is not the only danger the Intendant faces. Both Deanna Troi, the power-hungry consort of Regent Worf, and B'Elanna Torres, the half-human Intendant of the Sol System, are threatened by Kira's unquenchable ambition, and would be glad to see her deposed--or worse.
