The Mirror Universe? | Report this post to moderator

Here's my question: Do you guys think ST writers should have left the Terran Empire as it was, or do you like the idea of it having been toppled and the humans fighting against the Klingons/Cardassians/Bajorans? Personally, I would have left things like they were. The whole resistance idea is cool and everything, but the Terran Empire was really evil, and I think that would have given the writers more than enough fodder for the some good stories. I would have liked seeing TNG/DS9/VOY eps were the crew was pitted against their counterparts, or even storylines like "In A Mirror, Darkly," with the entire episode being set in the other universe. Thoughts?
